SAIC is looking for an Engineering Technician IV in Crane, IN to provide production control support to the U.S. Navy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for all Inductions, Turn-In's and Overall Asset Management
- Manages all asset movement between Shops
- Manages all ERP Status Tracking of NAVSUP and NAVAIR asset workload
- Responsible for SWMS Management
- Plan, Project and Process Loading and Upkeep
- Personnel Management Roles and Responsibility determination and upkeep in SWMS
- Management of hours and materials input against the shop orders to maintain accurate Workload Standards
- Scheduling and proper execution of all SWMS assets
- Assists in the DMISA Negotiation Planning
- Pulls historical information (Usage, Labor, Material, Customers, Stock On Hand, Etc.)
- Manages NAVSUP, Program Office and FST Interactions on material readiness and locations
- Manages OM&S Requirements and keeps WXS in compliance
- Works down Goods Receipts issues to be able to close out old funding documents
- Assists in creating and editing documents, flow charts and processes to implement consistency
- Manages FMS assets and reporting
- Requires segregation of assets and materials
- Requires frequent interaction on statuses as the RAAF have a much smaller pool of assets
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate's Degree in a related discipline and 2 or more years of related experience; OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 or more years of related experience
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance; Interim Secret needed to start
- Must be a U.S. citizen
