SAIC, a leading provider of systems development & deployment, targeting & intelligence analysis, systems engineering & integration, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community, is seeking creative and dedicated professionals to fulfill their career goals and objectives while delivering mission excellence on programs of national importance. We are currently seeking a candidate to assist in performing Intelligence Planning as needed for foreign material exploitation (FME) at a customer location on Redstone Arsenal, AL. SAIC operates multi-disciplined FME labs at this location that provide support to the analysis of foreign missile system components from ATGMs, MANPADS, SRBMs, SAMs, TELs, decoys and camouflage, and DEW electronics.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligence Planner to oversee multiple initiatives, focusing on project management, Golden Dome for America (GDFA) reporting, Foreign Materiel Program (FMP) Enterprise coordination, inventory modernization and organization, and facility space management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and reporting, as well as experience with enterprise collaboration.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Program Management:
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution, monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure programs are completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve program efficiency, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
    • Regularly communicate program status, issues, and updates to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • FMP Enterprise Coordination:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for coordination between the FMP Enterprise team and other internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication, ensuring consistent implementation of policies, and helping resolve any enterprise-level issues that arise.
    • Ensure FMP projects are integrated effectively across the enterprise and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage and execute the generation of GDFA (Golden Dome for America) reports, analyzing GDFA data to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Implement the development and execution of inventory modernization initiatives to streamline and enhance inventory management processes within the Foreign Material Exploitation (FME) facility.
  • Manage space utilization and allocation to maximize efficiency and support organizational goals within the FME facility, coordinating with facility management teams to track space requirements and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
  • Bachelors and 18 years or more of relevant experience; OR Masters and 16 years or more of relevant experience
  • 15+ years of experience in program management with demonstrated knowledge of inventory management and space planning
  • Strong familiarity with FMP operation, enterprise roles, and current teams and their integration into organizational processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
  • Knowledge of government regulations related to GDFA
  • Ability to analyze complex data, prepare reports, and make strategic recommendations based on findings
