Highly motivated and experienced Logistics Team Manager to lead and guide our product support team in providing critical logistics support to Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Program Management Warfare (PMW) 120. The Logistics Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing the team's efforts in planning, developing, and supporting logistics processes and procedures to ensure the life-cycle management of PEO C4I programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Navy logistics principles, a proven track record of successful logistics management, and exceptional leadership skills. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals supporting PMW 120 programs.
  • Plan, develop, and support logistics processes and procedures to ensure life-cycle management of PEO C4I programs.
  • Provide analytical support for the planning, identification, development, implementation, integration, and monitoring of product support package deliverables for client staff, including the Product Support Manager and Program Office personnel.
  • Create, update, and review Product Support and Logistics products, including:
    • Life-Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP)
    • Product Support Strategy (PSS)
    • Product Support Business Case Analysis (BCA)
    • Maintenance Support Plan (MSP)
    • User's Logistics Support Summary (ULSS)
    • Logistics Requirements Funding Summary (LRFS)
    • Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) annual updates and reports
    • Job Task Analysis (JTA)
    • Front End Analysis (FEA)
    • Training Requirements Planning (TRP)
    • Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSP) in Human Requirements Planning System (HARPS)
    • Training materials
    • Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM)/Technical Manual review
  • Provide Logistics Support to PMW 120 utilizing the Model-Based Product Support (MBPS) tools.
  • Develop ILS Certifications for the PMW 120 Programs using the Logistic Management module in Navy Data Environment (NDE) and the MBPS Module as required.
  • Develop and update Configuration Overhaul Planning (COP) in Configuration Data Managers Database- Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) and in the MBPS Module as required.
  • Request Technical Manual Identification Numbers (TMINs) and update Technical Manual information in MBPS, as required.
  • Support the development of logistics acquisition and sustainment documentation for all ACAT and non-ACAT programs, as required by the Product Support Managers.
  • Support and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groups, Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), provisioning conferences, PSM meetings, Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) working groups, and other activities, recording minutes and action items as needed.
  • Review logistics acquisition and sustainment documentation to ensure compliance with Navy and other DoD logistics requirements.
  • Provide analysis, assistance, and support for the development and maintenance of product support budgeting and funding, including life cycle cost estimating to support performance-based logistics business cost analysis, and logistics requirements.
  • Perform Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) analysis for determination of parts obsolescence issues.
  • Conduct Maintenance Planning analysis to support updates to various maintenance plans.
  • Manage updates, changes, and modifications to program documents, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:  
  • Bachelors and 15 years or more experience; Masters and 13 years or more experience. 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
Security Clearance
  • US Citizen with an active TS/SCI
Required Skills: 
  • Ability to work with and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders; Government technical representatives, and contractors; excellent written and oral communications; ability to work in a team collaborative environment; ability to brief senior government personnel.
  • Must have 3 years of logistics management experience supporting PMW 120 in the last 3 years.
  • Experience in the development of reports, plans, schedules, programmatic plans and procedures, and other related documentation.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess and maintain an active TS-SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
