SAIC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Fort Belvoir, VA.  The position will provide administrative and logistical support, to include developing and coordinating responses to internal and external taskings via the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2). This role requires that the ideal candidate has exemplary time management skills and the ability to act as a backup to the Executive Assistant supporting senior leader needs.  Specific tasks include:

·         Assist with the daily operation and management of a front office.

·         Track, monitor, and respond to taskings and suspense's.

·         Provide office management support including correspondence development.

·         Oversee office calendars, taskers, deadlines, and office distribution.

·         Manage executive schedules and de-conflict events.

·         Coordinate with other staff members within higher-level and subordinate organizations.

·         Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.

·         Track and analyze office workflow tasks using the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).

·         Develop and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, sites, and sub-sites.

·         May assist government personnel with domestic and international travel to accomplish mission requirements efficiently using the Defense Travel System (DTS) in compliance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). 

·         Facilitate visit requests.

·         Coordinate with other SAIC A&AS staff for awareness of planned and ongoing activities, and tasks.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:

•        Active Secret, able obtain Top Secret/SCI.

•        Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 4 years of demonstrated experience working in an office environment, additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

•        Must have experience working with senior executives on a daily basis; military or industry executive assistant experience may be substituted in lieu of specific educational requirements.

•        Strong problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, initiative, and proven ability to communicate and work with senior executives efficiently and effectively, to include experience interfacing/communicating with senior executive leadership in government.

•        Must be a self-starter and able to perform all assigned duties independently and with minimal supervision in overseeing office operations and completing assigned tasks on time.

•        Strong command of the English language with exceptional technical review abilities (grammar, punctuation, formatting, etc.).

•        Experience with official correspondence and records management.

•        Demonstrated proficiency/certifications in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).

•        Demonstrated experience employing ETMS2.
