SAIC's National Intelligence Community (NIC) business unit provides Information Technology, Engineering, and Mission solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as cloud, data, cyber, AI/ML, and software.
SAIC is seeking a Program Manger (PM) to work on a dynamic, energized team on a leading edge technology program with an exciting mission critical to national security objectives. As the PM, you are responsible for all aspects of the program to include: meeting or exceeding performance objectives, effective staffing/hiring, and personnel management/retention, and meeting program financial goals. The PM will interface with Senior and mid-level customer officials.
The PM is also responsible for facility management and serves as the interface between the on-site government facilities management organization and the company facilities management organization to include: design and construction contractors, Site Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support contractor, local utilities and all other customers and stakeholders on matters related to customer requirements, project prioritization and execution.
In this position you will oversee and manage all day-to-day activities at the sponsor facility and support activities at other facilities. You will also be expected to support corporate related functions. Successful candidates in this position will demonstrate an aptitude for creative problem solving, attention to detail, negotiating competing priorities, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as the liaison, reporting to and coordinating with the sponsor representatives at multiple levels.
- Oversee and manage all facility related tasks at one primary location while providing support to other locations.
- Adapt to emerging requirements and prioritize to meet customer goals.
- Tasks include program management and facility management as well as support to procurement, logistics and security.
- Serve as the liaison between the customer and company (prime) as well as both external and internal vendors.
- Support customer requirements with regard to both program and facility upgrades and modifications.
- Ability to communicate/work well with various members of both company and customer leadership
- Assist with market research, limited source justification, and other documents, as required
- Familiarity with ICD 705 building/construction requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
- Knowledge of facility operations & maintenance activities and procedures.
- Strong background in Microsoft Office Product Suites: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio. Experience with CostPoint.
- Ability to provide high level summary of results and draw conclusions based on interpretation of data.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
