· Support training, exercise, and operational support to IC partners by identifying customer technical capabilities that contribute to end users' success.
· Provides strategic planning and senior staff support, including strategic and operational engagement coordination, scheduling and meeting logistics.
· Assist customer strategic messaging formulation, track user needs, capture senior leader direction for updates to messaging
· Captures user needs and formulates them into recommended requirement updates within a systems engineering/ agile construct
· Provide expert advice, in-depth training, and exercise / operational support to IC partners by identifying customer capabilities that contribute to users' success
· Generate intelligence summaries for SPO leadership consumption and PMR briefings pr
· Executes customer strategic messaging, user needs tracking, business intelligence and data metrics capture, and customer relationship management and monitoring.
· Frequent interaction with government, SETA, FFRDC, and external stakeholders
Qualifications
· U.S. citizenship
· Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
· Bachelor's degree from accredited institution and 9+ years of domain experience; 15 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
· Possess strong understanding of GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED)
· Experience identifying user needs and gaps, identifying potential solutions, and assessing/analyzing alternatives
· Demonstrated performance working in a high visibility position that requires self-motivation; strong technical and leadership background; professional and tactful under pressure
· Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, for coordinated communications with organizations and representatives throughout the IC and DOD, including senior military and government civilian personnel and contractors.
· Experience with the latest versions of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint products
