SAIC is seeking a highly qualified TDLP Support Specialist to provide programmatic and analytical support to The Army Language Program (TALP) within the Army National Guard (ARNG). The successful candidate will work directly under the TALP Program Manager at the National Guard Bureau (NGB) and will be integral in ensuring the effective execution of program policies, budget management, and risk analysis.

This position is 100% remote.

The TALP Support Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Policy Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of language program policies to ensure alignment with Army standards and objectives.
  • Budget Management: Provide detailed budget analysis and support, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on program financials to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Program Support: Aid the TALP Program Manager in administering the language program, ensuring adherence to development milestones, and facilitating program improvements.
  • Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the program remains on track and adheres to regulations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all program activities comply with Army regulations and standards.
  • Coordination and Communication: Serve as a liaison between the TALP Program Manager, other program stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on program status, financial health, and risk management to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree. 

Required Clearance: 

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required. 

Required Skills: 

  • 5+ years of experience managing Command Language Program.
  •  Experience working directly with the Army National Guard or similar military organizations.
  •  Proficiency in using budget and project management software tools.
  •  Prior military experience is preferred.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
