SAIC is looking for a Customer-Centric Marketing (CCM) Senior Manager to focus on key strategic accounts within our Air Force & Combatant Commands (AFCC) and Space & Intel Business Groups. Preference for candidates local to Washington DC OR Huntsville, AL.
This position is within our Marketing function and will work across Marketing, Business Development and Business Group Leadership to develop and lead the execution of multi-channel customer-centric marketing strategies for a set of strategic accounts.

This role is a mix of strategy and execution, requiring someone who is agile, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and can help build momentum by delivering measurable business impact.
You will work closely with account and business development leads, as well as team members within the Marketing and Communications teams to align marketing with customer needs and business objectives. You will also play a key role in the continued building and growth of the customer-centric marketing capability.
You are an ideal candidate for this role if you are a strategic and collaborative marketer with a deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) best practices, a creative problem solver, detail-oriented and have experience navigating the federal government market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deeply Understand Target Accounts: Analyze current work, whitespace opportunities, key buyers, brand perception and more within our most strategic accounts.
- Develop and Execute Targeted Marketing Strategies: Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) activities, including customer-journeys, that leverage thought leadership, events, sponsorships, awards, and digital channels (including social media).
- Collaborate Across Internal & External Teams: Work closely with brand, digital, creative, solutions marketing, business group marketing, events, communications, business development and others to ensure alignment and impact. Work with and manage external vendors for projects.
- Showcase Business Impact: Track and report on KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize go-to-market strategies and create compelling use cases that demonstrate value. Present to Leadership.
- Leverage Industry-Leading Tools and Technology: Utilize cutting-edge marketing technologies, including approved AI solutions for data analysis and personalization, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, project management platforms such as Smartsheet, marketing automation software, and other relevant tools to enhance campaign efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and overall marketing strategy execution.
- Contribute to the Evolution of Customer-Centric Marketing: Working in collaboration with other Customer-Centric Marketing Lead(s), Deal-based Marketing Lead and the Senior Director, Customer-Centric Marketing develop best practices, frameworks, and assets that can scale the capability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on federal government marketing (professional services or IT).
- Deep expertise in marketing strategy and account-based marketing (ABM) with a strong grasp of the level of detail and specificity required to execute effectively.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills—able to develop a strong marketing strategy and roll up your sleeves to make it happen. Must have strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills—able to quickly build credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proven track record of using marketing to drive business outcomes—experience designing and executing marketing programs that influence decision-makers and generate impact.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
- DoD industry-specific (B2G) knowledge
- Prior experience supporting a large, complex business (e.g., $1.5B+ in revenue, 5,000+ employees) within a public company.
