As a Senior Principal Program Analyst you will work closely with the Government Program Manager, supporting program operations, documentation, and contractual support. This is a Hybrid/Remote role in San Diego, CA. Must be local to area.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Serve as a central resource for program management activities, coordinating seamlessly between stakeholders and leadership.

  • Oversee and maintain critical program documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government protocols.

  • Manage light scheduling, ensuring all deadlines, meetings, and deliverables are aligned to program milestones.

  • Provide additional operational and administrative support as directed by the SAIC or Customer Program Manager to improve overall program efficiency.

  • Deliver exceptional attention to detail when tracking issues, resolving challenges, and optimizing program workflows.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent) and Fifteen (15) years of related experience.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start

  • 10 Years of experience supporting DOD programs or project management activities, including managing contact documents, budgets, scheduling, and briefing preparation.

  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations or documents.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines in dynamic environments.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Certificate – Project Management Institute (PMI)

  • Experience supporting a DOD or federal program.

  • Proven success in a PMO or similar program support role within government or defense sectors.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position maybe onsite of hybrid offsite based on our mission-focused customers' needs and requirements based in San Diego, CA. It offers a collaborative, dynamic work environment where you will directly contribute to mission success alongside DOD program leadership and stakeholders.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
