The Innovation Factory is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise IT and Cloud Platform Specialist with domain expertise in Enterprise IT, service desk, contact center, and AWS cloud platform including Lex, Amazon Connect, and the Azure Cloud platform including Azure OpenAI and Identity and Access Management. The ideal candidate will also possess desired domain expertise in Cisco Contact Center, ServiceNow, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Applied AI. 

This is a fully remote job that can be worked anywhere within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and optimize Enterprise IT, service desk, and contact center operations.
  • Utilize AWS Cloud and Azure Cloud services for innovation.
  • Integrate identity and access management across platforms.
  • Integrate and manage Cisco Contact Center and ServiceNow solutions.
  • Drive innovation in Enterprise IT products, offerings, capabilities, and solutions.
  • Incorporate Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Applied AI into products, offerings, capabilities and solutions.
  • Design, develop, document, test, and debug application software.
  • Conduct analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts in planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems.
  • Determine computer user needs; analyze system capabilities to resolve program intent issues and develop efficient programming techniques.
  • Ensure software standards are met and prepare operating instructions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovations.

  • Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
  • Participates with senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.
  • Recommends and makes decisions on administrative or project work matters to ensure effective achievement of program, project, or organizational objectives.

  • Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides innovative solutions.
  • Works under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives.
  • Assignments are often self-initiated, and actions are determined independently.

Impact and Liaison:

  • Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into final products.
  • Serves as an organization spokesperson on advanced projects and programs.
  • Acts as an advisor to management and customers on advanced technical innovation, research studies and applications.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 14 years of related experience. Masters in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 12 years of related experience.
  • Expertise in Cisco Contact Center is a must.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Enterprise IT, service desk, and contact center solutions.
  • Proficiency in AWS Lex, Amazon Connect, AWS Cloud.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management.
  • Domain expertise in Enterprise IT and Enterprise IT as a Service.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation in Enterprise IT.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Applied AI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in building Enterprise IT products, offerings, capabilities, and solutions.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
