SAIC is looking for a ServiceNow Network Engineer Associate to support a fast-paced, dynamic customer environment with broad impact to the customer's mission, customer is located in San Diego, CA but position will be fully remote. This position is responsible for developing a ServiceNow-based operations management platform for the Navy's Tactical Networks division. The ideal candidate must have strong IT project management knowledge in addition to problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and anticipate requirements.
*MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECRET CLEARANCE AFTER STARTING.*
JOB DUTIES:
- Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and development with ServiceNow ITSM application suite, and in identified specialty(ies) / modules:
- Field Service Management.
- Customer Service Management.
- Project Portfolio Management.
- Resource Planning.
- Scenario Planning.
- Skill Management.
- Agent Work Scheduling.
- Reporting, dashboards, service catalogs.
- Playbook / workflows / flow designs.
- Service portal.
- Participate in any data normalization required prior to being imported / inserted into ServiceNow.
- Participate in platform, process, and integration testing.
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Deliver new functionality across applications.
- Manage and perform SMS development activities, supporting the entire development lifecycle.
- Apply Agile principles.
- Assist the platform administrator with incident resolution.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelors and zero (0) years or more experience; years of experience in lieu of degree will be reviewed.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have Interim Secret clearance at start
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance after start.
- IT experience (preferably ServiceNow)
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
