SAIC is seeking a SIGINT Mission Management Engagement SETA to support the LANDMARK AOS program in Chantilly, VA. LANDMARK AOS is a large SETA contract, supporting the customer's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

The SIGINT Mission Management Engagement SETA is responsible for successfully guiding, engaging, and developing the relationship between external stakeholders and the Mission Management Acquisition Office within the SIGINT Ground Systems Program Office (SGSPO).

Responsibilities include:

  • Primary focus will be on the successful transition of a substantial portfolio of legacy applications to a modernized platform, a critical endeavor that relies on strong support from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day collaboration with development contractors, other Government program office personnel, and Government customers on functions in the SIGINT domain
  • Leverage your specialized engineering expertise to enhance stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate the interests of our Acquisition Office
  • Guide working groups and engagement sessions with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Government requirements and objectives 
  • Advise Senior and Mid-Level managers on progress of working groups, engagement session, and progress towards major milestones
  • Streamline user/stakeholder engagement through efficient meeting minute recording, action item tracking, invitation management, stakeholder coordination, and overall meeting facilitation
  • Draft systems engineering documents; follow and update templates for documents
  • Provide oversight, monitoring development and integration activities, ensuring alignment with Government requirements and objectives
  • Provide technical and cost assessment of developer proposals, technical reports, design artifacts, and program plans

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Familiar with current and future SIGINT satellite and ground collection systems to include current and future capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of program acquisition.
  • Experience managing program artifacts.
  • Experience leading teams, working groups, or technical engagements.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in public speaking and delivering impactful presentation with confidence and clarity.
