SAIC is seeking an experienced Space Domain Integrator located at Camp Smith in Hawaii to provide program support of the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) program at the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J7 to serve as the focal point for integration of Space Domain Operations, Activities, and Investments for the PMTEC program as well the PMTEC Military Liaison to US Space Forces – Indo – Pacific.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Program Support: Track and contribute to strategic planning and investments that advance space-related capabilities within the PMTEC campaign. Aid in architecting space-relevant concepts and solutions to bolster Joint All-Domain operations and experimentation.
  • All-Domain Integration: Provide insight into how space systems (e.g., SATCOM, PNT, ISR, Space EW) can amplify operational effects in joint exercises. Identify where USSPACEFOR-INDOPAC equities can support theater-wide training initiatives.
  • Capability Development: Guide concept maturation and coordination for space-linked systems and tactics within the broader PMTEC and J7 environment.
  • Joint Exercise Integration: Assist in planning, coordinating, and integrating space domain capabilities—such as orbital planning tools, tactical space effects, and electronic warfare—into Joint exercises across USINDOPACOM.
  • Inter-Service Coordination: Serve as a connector across components, synchronizing with exercise planners and training coordinators from Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Space Force.
  • Communication: Deliver space-centric briefings and analysis to senior-level audiences. Provide clear, technically sound updates to DoD and government leadership.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelors and six (6)+ years of relevant experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree 
  • DoD (uniform, civilian or contractor) Background: Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Mid-level Warrant Officer, or Mid-level Commissioned Officer experience.
  • Broad knowledge of Joint Military and Intelligence Community Space Systems, Doctrine, and Organization.
  • Understanding of Joint Fires and Targeting Concepts and related Joint and Service Doctrine.
  • Experience within the INDOPACOM Area of Operations and Joint Exercises.
  • Exposure to multi-domain operations including Space-Cyber-EW integration is a plus.
  • Proficient with SharePoint Online, Office 365, collaboration features, and document management.

DESIRED SKILLSET: 

  • National Security Space Institute (NSSI) Space 100/200/300 (or equivalent), completion of other NSSI courses, completion of Defense Acquisition University courses, Acquisition Professional Development Program level 1 or 2 certification (or service/industry equivalents), desired.
  • Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles, Systems Integration, DoD Architecture Framework, Space System Program Management/Acquisition, Space Developmental and/or Operational Test, and Space System Experimentation desired.
  • Experience with multiple Military and Intelligence Community space mission areas; integration of Space Capabilities and Effects at the Operational level of war; integration of Space Capabilities and Effects in support of terrestrial and All/Multi-domain operations; integration of military command and control systems preferred. Experience with Space Modeling and Simulation and Special Access Programs/Special Technical Operations desired.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

  • Must have an Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
  • Must be a current US Citizen.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
