SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer for support of the Federal Aviation Commission's (FAA) NEXTGEN portfolio of programs. The successful candidate will provide support to various groups within the FAA's ANG-C directorate, including: Coordinate and develop products for the NAS Life Cycle Planning division manager and performing technical and quality assurance reviews of products to ensure alignment; assisting with status reporting and preparation of various briefings; conducting research, evaluations, analyses, and studies; and presenting technical recommendations/solutions to meet short and long-term project/program planning requirements.
Qualifications
· A Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering discipline.
· Must have a minimum of 10+ year related experience with FAA NAS systems.
· Excellent writing and communications/presentation skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to interact positively with multiple customers
· Experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and power BI)
· The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to interface and communicate with multiple customers on a daily basis.
· US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance required.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
