We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Integration Associate to join our talented team. In this role, you will assist in translating client business requirements into system designs and support the development of integration and migration plans. You will also provide analytical and program management support, ensuring accuracy in data mapping, configuration, and documentation, while aiding in business process improvements and event preparation for large-scale programs.

Work is performed on site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VA.

This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex solutions and integrating architecture.
  • Assist in analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and develop architecture baselines.
  • Assist with development of integration and migration plans/schedules.
  • Support C4ISR programs/clients/systems.
  • Support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy in data mapping, configuration, and documentation.
  • Provide daily analytical and program management support.
  • Assist in event preparation and correspondence support for key industry events, supporting change/transformation efforts (i.e., Gap analysis, stakeholder interviews, situational reports, etc) for large programs.
  • Coordinate responses to technical specification and guidance documents related to credentialing and identity management.
  • Provide statistical (descriptive) analysis as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's level degree and 0-2 years professional experience required; however, relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of database concepts, network protocols, programming languages (depending on the specific integration technology).
  • Ability to analyze data, identify potential integration issues, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Effective approach to resolving technical challenges encountered during integration.
  • Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving integration tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve successful integration.

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
    • Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
