We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Integration Analyst to join our talented team. In this role, you will translate client business requirements into complex system designs, assist in transition planning and architecture development, and support C4ISR programs. Additionally, you will ensure data accuracy, provide analytical and program management support, and lead small to medium-sized projects while aiding in business process improvements and event preparation for large-scale programs.
Work is performed on site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VA.
This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex solutions and integrating architecture.
- Assist in analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and develop architecture baselines.
- Assist with development of integration and migration plans/schedules.
- Support C4ISR programs/clients/systems.
- Support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in data mapping, configuration, and documentation.
- Provide daily analytical and program management support.
- Assist in event preparation and correspondence support for key industry events, supporting change/transformation efforts (i.e., Gap analysis, stakeholder interviews, situational reports, etc.) for large programs.
- Coordinate responses to technical specification and guidance documents related to credentialing and identity management.
- Provide statistical (descriptive) analysis as required.
- Lead small and medium sized projects as required.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's level degree and three (3) years professional experience in operations support.
- Expertise in API development and integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
- Knowledge of data exchange protocols (XML, JSON)
- Understanding of database structures and data management
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to integration development
- Understanding of system architecture and network design
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify integration points
- Data analysis skills to identify data inconsistencies and discrepancies
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integration issues
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Understanding of business objectives and how systems integration can contribute to achieving them
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute integration projects within timelines and budget constraints
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship required.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
- Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
