Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day tasks will consist of learning and engaging in all disciplines of ITSM and ITIL Service Management:

· Service Delivery Management
Below are the technology focus areas:
· Incident Management Analyst will review, monitor and report on adherence, and provide support as required
· Be involved in driving root cause investigations for high impact/high visibility issues.
· Collaboratively develop creative and meaningful resolutions to problems, creating the best results for our customers and the company.
· Contribute to the design of new processes, data modeling, reports, policies, and procedures across operational, support, and other adjacent teams.
· Assist in collecting, verifying, and updating Configuration Items (CIs) in the CMDB.
· Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in ServiceNow CMDB records.
· Collaborate with IT teams to identify and document infrastructure components, relationships, and dependencies.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related technical field with one year or more of college coursework completed
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have a passion for a career in technology
- U.S. Citizen
Target salary range: Up to $40,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
