SAIC is seeking a Training Support Analyst to aid with cyber operations and intelligence courses in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Our team is looking for a Training Support Analyst to organize curriculum, maintain schoolhouse documentation, and researching doctrine for defensive cyber operations (DCO) and intelligence courses. **This position will allow for two days of remote work per week.
JOB DUTIES:
- Support instructors by ensuring the organization, communication, and delivery of course content and materials meet learning objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) on complex technical and analytical content, ensuring curriculum is uniformly presented.
- Maintain supporting documentation for curriculum to include but not limited to editing, implementing changes, and version control.
- Assist with researching doctrine and guiding documentation, identifying, and writing material primarily non-technical in nature.
- Work with course managers and instructors on crafting learning objectives and training tasks.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates will have experience with two or more of the following skills:
- Editing writing and visual aids
- Researching
- Communicating technical and analytical details to a broad audience
- Continuous process improvement
- Creating objectives
- Creating reports from data sets
- Implementing style guides/document uniformity
Experience with any of the following below is a plus. Including at home labs/hobbyist:
- Windows PowerShell
- Linux CLI
- Bash and/or PowerShell scripting
- Computer networking
- System administration
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance (US Citizenship required).
