Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure continuous production.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Budget Management: Manage production budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Engineering, or a related field is desirable
• Proven experience in a production management role within the food industry, preferably in dairy or cheese production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in production planning and inventory management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
