This position is responsible for sales forecasting activities for the products under the scope, the RP and FG replenishment with specific care for industrial capacities & restrictions, customer satisfaction as well as business profitability for short, mid and long-term horizons and RP/FG storage outsourcing and distribution when applicable. Scope is EU Process Cheese plants (WAN, UK and any new facilities) and products are the one sold by those plants.
Role & Rosponsibilities:
Monitor performance providing core inputs for the business (Industrial and sales KPI's), forecast activities and industrial & external storage capacities.
In collaboration with customer service team and Ops, ensure customer satisfaction through anticipation of needs, supply policies and development of the business.
Define and execute tactical replenishment processes balancing inventory management (stock level), service level, plants requirements, storage capacities and total cost of ownership.
Care for cost efficiency in logistic activities related to external RP/FG warehousing, transportation and pallets.
Represent the Supply Chain on cross functional and strategic teams. Support strategic activities and business growth.
Drive continuous improvement strategies to ensure highest service at minor cost and care for good practices and fulfillment of Schreiber Business Rules within the team.

Key Ingredients:
MBA/Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics
English and German fluency is required. French is nice to have
