THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience to join our Seattle office.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As an Associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
YOU HAVE:
- 5+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience, including on single plaintiff litigation, administrative charges, policy reviews, and investigations.
- Other areas of expected experience: motion and brief drafting and at least some experience with depositions (either taking, defending, or significant involvement with same).
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and solid work ethic.
- Ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.
- Any experience with or understanding of federal civil rules (trial or appellate), Washington civil rules (trial or appellate), employment agency rules and regulations (EEOC, DOL, OSHA, and equivalent Washington agencies), complex ESI issues and complex discovery is a plus (but not required).
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Washington.

The salary range for this role is $240,000 to $320,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Seattle. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
