We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join our Seattle office and the Seyfarth Real Estate Department.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Our dynamic real estate department represents owners and developers in financing, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and other real estate matters. We also regularly represent these parties in organizational structuring, real estate joint ventures, complex debt and equity financing transactions, and private offerings in connection with real estate development.
YOU HAVE:
- Three to six years of extensive experience with real estate transactions and development, including borrower side debt and equity financing. Experience with industrial and data center leasing is a plus, but not required.
- Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base.
- Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
- Admission to the Washington State bar or meet the requirements to waive in.

Seattle:
The salary range for this role is $240,000 to $310,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
