The Shipping Associate will help bring our customers' labels and packaging to life, enabling them to stand out over the competition, and create a customer experience that is second to none. Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands!
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities for Shipping Associate include:
- Oversight of shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy of counts and documentation, resolving any discrepancies as needed
- Routing of documentation to proper recordkeeping unit, i.e., Accounts Payable
- Maintaining overall accuracy, control, and organization of the warehouse
- Assisting with loading/unloading trucks and putting away product in the correct stock location
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing areas for Lean improvement/modification

- Ability to provide high level of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries and needs of individuals both internal and external to the organization
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Required: High School degree or equivalent
- Required: Must be able to perform heavy work, lifting up to 50 pounds, frequently pushing and pulling heavy items, often lifting/carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Required: Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language
- Preferred: Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift and electric pallet jack; must be willing to become certified for forklift use
- Preferred: Experience with shipping/receiving operations
- A Plus: Experience with Printing
- A Plus: Experience working with lean manufacturing
