Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or a related field
- Proficient in SAP BW, SAP ECC, MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps), and data integration/mapping
- Strong business process analysis, documentation, project execution, and communication skills required
- Must be able to work collaboratively
- Active SECRET or TOP SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in DoD financial management or federal funds control preferred
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with Army stakeholders to capture and document business processes, translating them into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to ensure a smooth transition into new infrastructure (DAR powered by ARES).
- DoD Financial Systems Knowledge: Apply knowledge of DoD financial systems (such as GFEBS) to assist with integration and ensure compliance with Army FM data requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare documentation for processes, workflows, and technical specifications, and status updates on assigned work.
- Change Management: Support training and communication strategies, and user transition plans to ensure a smooth transition.
- Test & Validation: Assist in creating and executing test plans, ensuring new systems meet requirements and data accuracy is maintained.
