Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of recent and relevant experience providing high-quality support to Executive-level personnel in fast-paced and complex environments.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in correspondence management and coordination, with a focus on drafting and reviewing documents for senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge of records management practices and demonstrated skills in training and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and external organizations.
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.
Desired:
- Experience working within the DoD or familiarity with military protocols, policies, and operations.
- Proficiency with office automation tools and project management software, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of documentation and task tracking.
- Familiarity with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements for records management.
Responsibilities
SPA has an opportunity to provide administrative and specialized support to OUSD (R&E) front offices. We are seeking a dedicated Data Manager – Workflow Administrator that will oversee and ensure the integrity and completeness of reports and correspondence packages, and proactively manage tasks within the organization to drive timely completion. Responsibilities include monitoring the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS), ensuring effective communication of senior leadership decisions, and maintaining correspondence control systems for classified and unclassified documents. The role also entails developing and implementing records management policies, supporting the transition to an electronic records management environment, and providing high-level administrative support to senior staff. Will apply the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive information effectively.
