Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a progressive HR generalist or HRBP role
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
  • Experience with M&A activity from an HR perspective is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders across SPA to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compensation.
  • Manage M&A activities from an HR perspective, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger employee relations.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues effectively, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to improve HR processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR matters.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
