Responsibilities Responsibilities include reviewing and processing subcontractor invoices, as well as interfacing directly with subcontractors. This role also involves supporting the payroll and accounts payable departments, assisting with reconciliations, and participating in month-end closing procedures. The individual will fulfill reporting needs as necessary and serve as a liaison between the accounting department and other departments. Additionally, audit support will be provided as needed, and the individual may perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 0-3 years of experience in accounting #earlycareer Deltek CostPoint experience Proficient multitasking and organization skills with great attention to detail A strong understanding of US GAAP Ability to learn new systems Good communication skills, both written and verbal Basic analytical skills Beginner Excel skills Ability to comprehend instructions and work independently as well as on a team
