Intrepid, an SPA Company, has an immediate need for a Maneuver Chief Engineer supporting the IAMD SETA contract in Huntsville, AL. Qualifications Required Qualifications: US Citizen and resident of Huntsville, AL area or willing to relocate to Huntsville, AL, area Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or relate field 20 or more years of hands-on experience in Department of Defense engineering programs Extensive background in tactial systems including command and control, weapons, sensors, and/or communication systems in real-time or near real-time envirionments Possess and maintain a US Secret security clearance, but prefer Top Secret clearance Desired Qualifications: Experience with Air and Missile Defense programs such as C-RAM, FAAD C2, Patriot, IBCS, or C-UAS Advanced working knowledge of system engineering principles, communciation protocols, tactical interfaces, and communication devices Performance analysis of multiple components in a system-of-systems environment Responsibilities The Maneuver Chief Engineer position supports the IFMC AMD Mission Command Product Office, a government program office addressing Army Air and Missile Defense systems, with a focus on Mission Command systems. The candidate in this role will work with other contractors, government civilians, and system operators. Tasks for this position will include providing technical leadership and engineering integration of Army and Joint Maneuver Command and Control systems into the Integrated Battle Command System, providing technical subject matter expertise on air and missile defense systems, and supporting future command and control system development and integration.
