Veracity Forecasting has a near term need for a Military Operations Analyst with US Air Force Subject Matter Expertise in Fighter and Advanced Aircraft support for limited part time support with potential growth to regular part- or full-time employment. Responsibilities The Mil Ops Analyst will provide expertise for all elements of USAF airframe management practices, policies, and understanding; advise a team of operations analysts, data scientists, and software engineers on USAF Systems Program Office (SPO) and Air Combat Command operations, maintenance, and sustainment practices. The analyst will ensuring effective forecasting and analysis through cohesive compilation and assessment of USAF operational, maintenance, and logistical data, and prepare airframe operational availability and program forecast briefings for military and civilian Service leadership, as directed. Additionally, the analyst will review policies involving operations, training, and logistics relevant to SPO and ACC analyses. Compensation Range: $60-$67 per hour. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education) At least 20 years' experience with USAF maintenance, data systems, requirements, and/or scheduling Experience with DoD budget requirements or other Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes DoD Secret clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment What We Need From You Organizational skills to successfully support a complex program Communication and briefing skills for explaining complicated technical details to our technical team Sustained attention to detail to ensure data sets and deliverables of the highest quality Enthusiasm for working with highly technical professionals
