Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.)
- 2-8 years of relevant professional experience supporting the DoD in conducting analysis, modeling, and simulation
- Able to design and execute analytic projects that deliver high-impact results
- Able to work onsite full-time based on client needs
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance
Desired:
- Proficient with mission-level modeling and simulation tools (e.g., Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM))
- Familiarity with OUSD(R&E) and critical technology areas
Responsibilities
The candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams of modelers, operations analysts, and technical analysts to support several clients in OUSD(R&E). Will be responsible for designing and executing analysis to help solve complex problems that inform senior leaders across the organization. Apply proficiency at mission-level modeling and simulation to understand operational utility of emerging technology in future operating environments. Perform client and stakeholder engagement, including briefing high-quality results to both techincal and non-technical audiences. We are seeking a team-oriented candidate with strong analytical skills that can engage with clients and prioritize across concurrent projects.
