Responsibilities
SPA has an immediate need for an analytics focused Radar Sensor Systems Engineers to provide Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) support in the Space Remote Sensing Domain.
The GREY HAVEN program is responsible for coordinating, integrating, and executing all necessary modeling, simulations, and technical analysis to deliver recommendations and technical assistance in support of the customer mission. The successful candidate will conduct and lead Radar analyses and Product Quality test activities to support recommendations related to the insertion of new RADAR technology and assist the development of sensor models for new data collection systems and methods. Familiarity with current GEOINT systems and products will be necessary to develop, assess, and execute test and verification methodologies.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Sensor modeling including development and analysis of payload performance tables.
- Algorithm assessment to quantify product performance for desired mission applications.
- Baseline assessment of system performance to support sensor initialization.
- Regression analysis and evaluations of delivered operational capabilities.
- Development, preparation, and execution of comprehensive test and evaluation plans, procedures and schedules, which verify and validate enterprise capabilities, system requirements, performance, and operability.
- Readiness for system integration, test, evaluation, and transition activities.
- Analysis and performance requirement verification of new capabilities and emerging systems.
