What Will You Do?
At SRC Logistics, we like to WIN, and have FUN doing so. As a Packager, you are responsible to receive material from the warehouse, package, and prepare for shipment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Verify order accuracy by performing Order Audits
- Prepare and package items for shipment in a safe manner as to prevent damage of material.
- Meet shipping deadlines to meet customer expectations
- Manage customer invoices and match with shipments
- Move materials within the warehouse and assist in other warehouse activities as directed
- Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from staging and processing areas
- Maintain clean work area
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- PREFERRED: 1 year forklift experience (with ability to elevate to heights in excess of 15 feet)
- PREFERRED: experience and knowledge of bill of ladings, material shipping orders, packing slips, and other freight bills and basic shipping and receiving functions
- PREFERRED: High School Diploma or GED
- PREFERRED: 6 months or more of experience in warehousing or manufacturing environment
