As a Developer on the Amisys team, you will work on enhancing and supporting critical healthcare applications. Your role will involve collaborating across departments, troubleshooting issues, and implementing impactful solutions that drive operational efficiency and business success.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support enhancements or modifications to the Amisys application to meet business and operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure seamless BPO operations support.
- Investigate, analyze, and address client-reported issues with clear communication and timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with support, business, and development teams to ensure smooth integration and operational efficiency.
- Support and enhance the integration of Amisys with other systems, maintaining stability and functionality.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for workflows, designs, and support procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations to enhance performance and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes.
What You Will Bring:
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues using resourcefulness and independent judgment.
- Functional knowledge of healthcare applications such as Amisys or health plan claim engines is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in documentation and process improvement to ensure project clarity and streamlined workflows.
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience, Master's degree, or high school diploma with 4 years of related experience.
- Ability to adapt to new methodologies, techniques, and tools in a diverse technical environment.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
