What You Will Get To Do:

  • Perform activities in support of business process improvements, risk reduction or cost savings initiatives, best practice identification, etc.
  • Identify efficiencies and value-added solutions that could affect multiple lines of business and departments; analyzes possibilities, capabilities, and constraints; and recommend alternative business solutions.
  • Provide daily and ad hoc customer support and develops documentation.
  • Responsible for the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for metrics.
  • Accept escalated issues and work on problems of a moderate scope; analyzes root cause, understand the impact and scope of the problem(s), and apply judgment within defined practices to determine the appropriate action.
  • Participate in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, fund setup/conversion, and post-implementation support phases of a projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 years of work-related experience, or 2 years equivalent work-related experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an industry-related project management and/or customer relationship management role
  • 1 year experience in support role working with digital solutions is preferred
  • Post-secondary education preferred
