What You Will Get To Do:

Position candidates should be highly motivated with excellent communication and analytical skills in order to:

• Operate our proprietary, internet-based performance reporting application to assist in the onboarding process for clients
• Efficiently manage their day based on incoming requests from various clients and teams
• Communicate with clients in a proactive & professional manner
• Identify potential problems and troubleshoot to resolve issues
• Decipher, process and follow through on client requests

What You Will Bring:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Solution-oriented and analytical mindset
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Working towards or have obtained a Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution (Business/Finance/Information Systems Majors preferred)
