Job Description

Initially:

·         Understanding of FATCA and CRS regulation

·         Knowledge of US tax forms and the concept of Self Certification Forms

·         Tax Form/ Self Cert form digitization in the SSnC AEOIS System

·         Perform Investor due diligence as per FATCA/CRS regulation

·         Review FATCA/CRS XMLs and assist client with filings on the Regulatory Portal

·         Working on the FATCA/CRS billing for clients

·         Working on the AEOIS Client Onboarding process

 

Then increasingly over a period of some 6 months:

·         Enhanced Investor due diligence based on AML/ KYC docs for FATCA/CRS due diligence and reporting

·         Working closely and independently with clients that have been assigned

·         Assist in System enhancement testings

·         Implementation/training and roll-out of FATCA/CRS procedures

·         Escalate as a point person or problem solver for teams

·         Develop a culture of continuous efficiency improvements that result in increased capacity

·         Provide reports/feedback on status of progress

·         Prioritize escalated issues
