Retirement Services - Client Relations Specialist – Triage Support
Location: Kansas City, MO or Braintree Hill Park, MA

The Client Support team works closely with all functional teams across the organization to facilitate the resolution of client reported issues, service requests, and/or retirement plan operational issues. The team serves as an extension of the Relationship Management team supporting TRAC clients. The Client Relations Specialists are crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations for effective retirement solutions.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Investigating and resolving client issues related to account access, billing discrepancies, or plan changes.
- Prioritize client requests based on impact and severity of the issue
- Work with programmers to troubleshoot potential system defects/limitations
- Communicate complex concepts in client-friendly language
- Provide 24x7 Production Support to retirement plan clients
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on SS&C Retirement Solutions system functionality and products
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams on system needs
- Provide clear and concise explanations of complex retirement plan features and policies.
- Staying informed about current retirement plan regulations and ensuring all client interactions comply with legal requirements.
- Performing necessary compliance checks on client transactions and account information.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Retirement Service Industry experience or Master's degree or 4 years equivalent Retirement Service Industry experience – Retirement Plan Services experience a MUST
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan industry is REQUIRED
- Attention to detail, Multitasking skills, Curiosity and the desire to learn
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively verbally and in writing
- Efficient time management with strong organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Solid computer skills and general knowledge of qualified plan systems like TRAC
- Work Hybrid 6 days per month – Kansas City, MO or Braintree, MA
- Proficiency with relevant software and systems: SQL, PowerSelect, TSO
