Location: Kansas City, MO Hybrid I Remote from some state

What You Will Get To Do:
Ensure our asset management clients receive optimal value from the industry's leading data management service for financial intermediary distribution.
Build highly productive relationships with client associates at all levels and other groups internally that are part of the overall service delivery team.
Learn about our systems and support model to provide exceptional client experiences.
Act as a client advocate by collaborating and working directly with clients; providing appropriate information exchange; setting expectations and ensuring support needs are met.
What you Will Bring:
Education:
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience
Experience:
Proven ability to manage client relationships and operational support activities.
Experience in resolving technical issues and service escalations.
Strong collaboration skills across sales, support, and operational teams.
Experience in mentoring or guiding less experienced team members preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities with independent judgment and resourcefulness.
Developing functional knowledge of client business environments and product solutions.
Ability to multitask and manage projects with moderate scope.
