Job Description

As the Global Head of Partnerships for SS&C Blue Prism, you will be responsible for designing and executing the overall partner strategy, managing strategic alliances, and driving market expansion through an innovative partner program. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead a team of Partner Managers and work closely with senior stakeholders across SS&C to ensure alignment of partner initiatives with corporate goals. You will also oversee partner strategy, internal automation, cross-selling initiatives, and the ongoing evolution of the partner program model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and drive a comprehensive global partner strategy to align with the organization's revenue and growth objectives.
    • Identify and assess market opportunities, ensuring that partner strategy is continuously refined to meet evolving customer and market demands.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of partner initiatives into the broader corporate strategy.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of Partner Managers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
    • Provide clear objectives, coaching, and performance feedback, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Partner Ecosystem & Program Development
    • Define and execute partner program models, including partner enablement, incentive structures, and go-to-market frameworks.
    • Oversee the creation of joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with sales motions and marketing campaigns.
    • Develop frameworks for partner segmentation, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Collaboration & Internal Cross-Selling
    • Partner with internal product, sales, and marketing teams to identify synergies and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging the partner ecosystem.
    • Ensure alignment of partner-driven solutions with internal automation projects and the broader SS&C technology stack.
  • Business Development & Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and manage key executive-level relationships with partners, negotiating contracts, setting joint objectives, and tracking results.
    • Continuously assess partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities for growth.
  • Forecasting & Budget Management
    • Own the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for partner-led sales and revenue contributions.
    • Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to streamline partner deal flows and performance analytics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education & Background
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within enterprise software or automation technology.
  • Leadership & Management
    • Proven track record of successfully leading global teams and building high-impact partner ecosystems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and regions.
  • Technical & Industry Knowledge
    • Familiarity with automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
    • Experience developing partner relationships in technology-driven environment.
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution
    • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
    • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner programs that drive significant revenue growth.

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. Other States Salary range for the position: 225,000 USD to 250,000 USD.
