Within SS&C, the Professional Services team is a global organization of around 500 staff supporting everything from client onboarding to ongoing client business change. The team prides itself on collaboration and generous sharing, with a strong emphasis on creating value for the client. The products associated with this organization are software and services related to institutional investment management (trading, order management, data management & reporting, performance & risk, and accounting). We have recently committed to dramatically expanding the scope and authority of our Global Professional Services Operations function and are seeking an experienced Operations leader to take ownership of the team and propel it forward. This team exists to enable the Professional Services functional missions, and will need to embody the ideals of excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead a global team of professionals responsible for fulfilling the data reporting, process monitoring & controls, revenue management, and operational continuous improvement functions for a high-volume, global professional services organization
  • Build the high-performing PS Ops team of tomorrow
  • Act as part of the global functional leadership team of the Client Experience organization
  • Drive PS delivery towards excellence by elevating operational standards
  • Ensure PS applications are optimized to support the PS organizational mission
  • Consult with PS global leaders to ally their team operations with activities and data needed to progress business objectives

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY: Salary range for the position: 170000 USD to 280000 USD.
