What You Will Get To Do:

• Assist in managing relationships with market data vendors as the primary global data sourcing contact.
• Work with data providers, senior management, various product teams and clients on all levels, to understand and fuse key data strategies across those areas and drive value for the firm.
• Learn and maintain an expertise in market data product offerings and their policies as well as broader industry knowledge to formulate strategic recommendations.
• Utilize business unit and vendor knowledge to create and advocate for strategic cost management and best fit product choice initiatives such as product alternatives and exchange market data audits.
• Facilitate the coordination and fulfillment of market data requests via ServiceNow with vendors and with the internal support functions, ensuring services are delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist in the validation of invoices via reconciliation processes against both usage reporting and contractual obligations.
• Monitoring of various trends for abnormalities, inconsistencies and fluctuations that may require additional research/investigation.
• Update and maintain internal market data catalog to ensure all expenses are captured and allocated accordingly
   

What You Will Bring:

• A bachelor's degree with focus on Finance or Business preferred
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficiency in the standard Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
• Adept at creating and maintaining effective relationships through strong interpersonal skills
