Title: Senior Operational Auditor

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct focused audits or other projects as identified.
  • Provide regular updates and audit reports/findings to management.
  • Identify and develop monitoring procedures as needed.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings as necessary.
  • Recommend best practices and process improvements.
  • May mentor less experienced associates.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of work-related auditing experience
  • Healthcare, specifically medial claims experience a plus!
  • Able to keep abreast on industry standards, changes, and trends.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret and convey information effectively.
  • Demonstrates effectiveness in interpersonal relationships including conflict resolution, diplomacy and negotiation skills.
