What You'll Do:

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process, from proactive sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a high-touch, seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for critical roles through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and leveraging advanced search techniques.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with hiring managers, providing expert consultation on hiring best practices, labor market trends, and talent strategy, adapting to market conditions and evolving business needs.
  • Act as a trusted and strategic Talent Advisor, leveraging emotional intelligence to build trust and credibility with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities to drive competitive hiring decisions.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships, collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize talent acquisition strategies and enhance long-term workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and maintain accurate documentation within Workday ATS.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or complex matrixed environment, with expertise in sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Experience in financial services, specializing in Private Markets, Tax, and Fund Accounting support.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate talent needs, adapt to shifting priorities, and develop proactive recruitment solutions.
  • Strong relationship management and consultative skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, guide hiring teams, and challenge decisions to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with high emotional intelligence, ability to navigate complex conversations, resolve conflicts, and create a positive hiring experience.
  • Experience using Workday or similar ATS to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
