Description
The Administrative Assistant I performs a variety of administrative functions in support of the Retirement Services department and the Retirement Services Director and works to facilitate the smooth operation of the day-to-day department activities.
What We're Looking For
- Directly support the Retirement Services Director and Manager by greeting callers, managing their schedules, coordinating meetings or other events, handling travel arrangements, and tracking and maintaining expense reports, associate requests, and related approvals.
- Assist department members with answering department phone calls making travel arrangements, organizing expense reports, scheduling conference rooms, ordering meals (when needed), and other similar tasks.
- Track and maintain department activity, spreadsheets, department mailbox, submitting tasks and managing approvals where needed.
- Manage new hire setup and maintain information on department associates.
- Develop a confident understanding of the department's policies and objectives.
- Maintain vendor contacts, important documents/data, and other files electronically.
Facilitate updates to the internal website as needed.

Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High School diploma or experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position
- Minimum Required: 1+ years' administrative related experience
Systems & Technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
