Stifel's Compliance department is responsible for ensuring that the firm and its associates conform to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
As a Compliance Intern at Stifel, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned compliance professionals and gain exposure to a wide range of specialized compliance areas. Through this internship, you will enhance your understanding of regulatory requirements, develop analytical skills, and gain practical experience in evaluating and upholding Stifel's compliance standards.

What We're Looking For
- Learn basic job functions and responsibilities within the appropriate Compliance department you are assigned to such as:
- Assist with administrative duties that support the department.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Attend training and development meetings to enhance professional competencies.
- Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects.

Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, law, or related field required. Previous coursework or experience in compliance, finance, or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and industry best practices preferred.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
