Description

The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for creative design and coordinating the printing of marketing materials with an emphasis on higher level graphic design projects.



What We're Looking For

  • Create print and digital graphic design for Stifel Brochures.
  • Assist in the design and photography sessions for Stifel's Annual Report.
  • Design monthly and quarterly newsletters and publications.
  • Create mailing pieces, advertisements, posters, invitations, and other materials.
  • Design Financial Advisor brand materials while staying within the Stifel brand.
  • Design and update Financial Advisor websites.
  • Communicate with Department Managers, Branch Managers, and Financial Advisors for their desired material quantity, deadline, number of colors, and other details.
  • Obtain pricing quotes from printers and communicate with requestor.
  • Assist with training and mentoring new and junior department associates.
  • Ensure brand standards are met in all firm design materials.


What You'll Bring

  • Understanding of products and services offered and FINRA regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of Stifel policies/procedures and possess a proven understanding of products and services offered while ensuring industry regulatory requirements are met.
  • Understanding of marketing elements and market research methods.
  • Experience in marketing data analytics and tools.


Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Associate's Degree in Graphic Design
  • Minimum Required: 1-3 years' of design experience


Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None


Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in HTML
  • Proficient in website design, basic knowledge of SEO
  • High-level experience in graphic design on Macintosh platform, using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
  • Strong and demonstrated Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
