Description

The Mortgage Information systems Associate provides support to the Mortgage Loan Origination System's subject matter experts. Responsibilities include a full understanding of the application's functionality, maintenance, documentation, infrastructure requirements, and impacted business areas.



What We're Looking For

  • Maintain full understanding of the Bank's Mortgage Loan Origination System
  • Pull and distribute pipeline management reports to ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain system audit processes to include creating, testing, deploying and monitoring system rules
  • Assist staff with navigating through system stops and alerts
  • Promoting communication ensuring leadership is apprised of issues, their status and resolution; escalating issues as necessary
  • Update and maintain internal software documentation
  • Stay informed of application upgrades and patching requirements
  • Provide prompt support to users via email, phone and other electronic means
  • Work collaboratively and follow directives with peers and management
  • Own issues through resolution, escalating to appropriate support member/team when necessary
  • Maintain records of trouble tickets, daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities

  • Ability to demonstrate proactive approach to problem resolution, strong, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify complex problems; review related information, develop options and implement solutions


Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Required: 0-2 years' experience with supporting applications and direct engagement with business users


Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None


Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
