The Operations - Technical Support Intern will assist the team in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that streamline operational workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to streamline operational workflows.
- Support data analysis, tool creation, and dashboard updates for Operations teams.
- Assist with troubleshooting and enhancing existing Power Platform applications and automations.
- Collaborate with Tech Support team members to gather requirements and translate them into functional, user‑friendly tools.
- Document processes, updates, and technical solutions to support knowledge transfer.
What You'll Bring
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Interest in automation, process improvement, and financial operations.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferred: May 2026 grad
Systems & Technology
- Efficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools.
