The Technology Workforce Coordinator is integral in supporting all areas of the IT team, ensuring the personnel and operations functions are integrated and support the organization's strategic goals. The Technology Workforce Coordinator will support employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance efforts within the IT organization in collaboration with the IT leadership and Human Resources teams.
What We're Looking For
• Work with the Technology teams to identify personnel situations that need to be addressed and collaborate with the HRBP Team for ER-related issues.
• Partner with the HRBP team for the department-wide 360 review process.
• Partner with the Technology teams to understand their staffing needs and communicate with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Work with Talent Acquisition and Compensation for job description creation and updates, job posting approvals, and job offer approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new Technology hires and applicable offboarding activities as needed.
• Identify training needs for technology associates and coordinate the continuous improvement and learning department.
• Provide guidance for illness and out-of-office requests and escalate them to HR as necessary.
• Review and approve requests pertaining to the workspace or access, including corporate cell phones, hotspots, extra monitors, or remote access requests.
• Accountable for managing/approving/tracking PTO requests in coordination with the existing IT Admin team.
• Completion of employee action form approvals; coordination of change and timing with HR and IT leadership.
• Coordinate and approve celebrations and rewards for teams, including anniversary celebrations.
• Coordinate communications for annual bonus and merit increases; work with HR/Executive on the accuracy of lists.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within the technology sector.
