Temporary Position: Fleet Coordinator Sunstate Equipment Co.: Where Safety and People are Core Values! We take care of our People and it shows!   Hiring Immediately; Pay dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY! Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday (40-45 Hrs./Wk.)   Note on Temporary Status: This position is currently classified as temporary, with an expected duration of approximately 6 months.  Temporary assignment duration may be extended or reduced by business need.  Temporary employees may not be eligible for certain benefits offered to regular full-time employees.    What You'll Be Doing

  • Contacting vendors to get status of Purchase Orders that will be arriving in the next 90 days
  • Issue Purchase Orders for new equipment purposes
  • Maintain equipment documentation (i.e. equipment numbers) upon receipt by branch 
  • Provide support to booking logistics for shipping
  • Assist in non-rental fleet compliance and documentation maintenance
  • Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issues
  • Create sales & release documentation
  • Coordinate consolidation and de-fleeting of units with regional operations
  • Provide ad hoc support and reporting across other areas within the department
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Previous experience in a coordinative role is preferred
  • Buyer experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required to communicate, gather, and analyze information.
  • Highly organized and capable of switching tasks and priorities depending on the needs of the department
  • Be an efficient and effective communicator with employees and customers
  • Quickly analyze problems and develop, communicate, and implement solutions
